Starting to plan a wedding, especially abroad, can be overwhelming at first. Let us guide you through it all.
Throughout the planning process, we will share our advice and tailored recommendations, based on years of experience, and always considering your own style, crowd and preferences.
Before taking any new project on board we like to set up a meeting with the future bride and groom to discuss their needs, wishes and expectations. This allows us to confirm that we can deliver what you are after. We also take this opportunity to answer any question you may have about what we do, how we work and the planning process.
01. SOURCING THE PERFECT VENUE
We will conduct a bespoke venue search. We will short list the venues we feel are the best suited to you and contact them to confirm availability and rates for your wedding year. We will then put together a venues proposal that is unique and tailored to you.
02. GETTING STARTED
Once your venue is confirmed, the active planning starts. We will set up our first active planning meeting to discuss the first few vendors to source and share our styling ideas. We will also give you access to your bespoke client planner shared folder, full with useful tips and information for the best possible start of your planning journey.
03. ACTIVE PLANNING
We will curate the best team of vendors for your wedding, always discussing with you first your vision and wishes, and proposing the talents we feel are the best match for your event. We take care of all the admin, making the process easy and enjoyable for you. There is no limit in the number of calls, meetings or hours we dedicate to your wedding.
05. ON THE WEDDING DAY
Our team will be on site from the day before your first event until the safe departure of your last guest on your last wedding event. We will be orchestrating all your vendors and making sure that everything is set up and happening as per plan. You will have nothing to do other than enjoy the presence of your families and friends.
04. MAKING IT YOURS ONLY
We will ask a lot of questions throughout the planning process. And that is so that we can propose design and entertainment ideas that truly reflect your own style and that your crowd will respond to. We will share with you our latest inspirations and findings to make your big day as memorable for your guests as it will be for you!
